Refund, return, and cancellation policy All sales are final. No purchase will be refunded, and no item may be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Passes are mailed Monday through Friday, except holidays, in regular envelopes with no tracking number. If you ordered multiple passes, please note they may arrive in separate envelopes. Normally, you should receive your order within 15 business days of the transaction. It is your responsibility to contact us if the delivery time were to exceed this period.
